Why work with me?

I’ve been practicing CranioSacral work since 1992 and love the ability to connect clients with themselves, their deeper knowing and “inner physician”. Learn more about my background and past experience here.

What might my session be like?

After booking your session, you fill out an Intake Form which provides me additional information about your past and what you’d like to get out of our session. Read more about the offerings to see what our time together will look like:

How might I feel after?

It is normal to feel a whole variety of ways! Some clients report feeling energized and clear, others feel relaxed and slightly groggy. For body work sessions, you may feel lingering effects for a few days as your body readjusts to the new flow of energy. For astrology sessions you may feel a new sense of connection in how you navigate your day to day or inner dialogue.

What days are you available?

For CranioSacral sessions*:

Mondays — 12:00pm - 5:30pm
Wednesdays — 11:30am - 5:30pm
Fridays — 12:00pm - 5:30pm

Aquatic CranioSacral sessions and Astrology sessions can be booked Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Please contact me to schedule.

How long are sessions?

Sessions range from 60-90 minutes. Please arrive on time or 5 minutes early. After the session there is usually 5 minutes of check-in and discussion.

What should I wear?

For CranioSacral: Loose fitting clothing.

For Aquatic CranioSacral: Wear whatever you’d like but bring a bathing suit for the water portion of the session. Private changing area is provided.

For Astrological Readings: Whatever you’d like.
